              Crisfield Maryland
The Lee Theatre is one of Crisfield's less known theatres, located and Main Street and Sixth. The Somerset Hotel, which itself had been converted from the Crisfield General And Marine Hospital in the early 1920's, was converted in 1940 into the Lee Theatre. The movie house survived to 1963, when it closed and became a Builder's Mart. By 1970, that was taken over by Carson's Marine, and one year later, in 1971, the building burned down.
