I
have been told in the past that ALL of the old theaters on Baltimore's Pennsylvania
Avenue have been torn down , and while most have, two remain. In the 2100
block of Pennsylvania Avenue, a block where barely anything stands anymore
( and much that does is boarded up ), the old Lenox Theatre occupies the
block. The old movie house is three blocks south of another survivor, the
Schanze Theatre. Several blocks south, the Regent, Royal, Diane and Lincoln
