110 North Main Street ( also listed as Broad Street )

Status – ( Standing ) Building currently used as a restaurant..

In 1950’s – FDA also listed two other Berlin Theatres – New Theatre & Rex Theatre.
Said to be on Main Street – Perhaps across the street from a car dealership . The New was to have seated 227 and the Rex was to seat 1200 (?). I have a feeling the information or atleast the seating of the Rex was a typo on the FDA ( Film Daily Almanac ) but we mentioned it just in case.

Checking old insurance maps, we found references to a second theatre along Main Street in Berlin. If we did our building count right, it would have been the building seen above which would have been the New or Rex Theatre in Berlin. Still digging..........
