 It took us a while, but we finally found a picture of the Showell's Theatre in Ocean City. The building, from what we can determine, no longer stands, but this picture is evidence that the theatre lasted into the 1960's. Kilduff's will continue digging and see what we can come up with. Might even require another trip to the Ocean.  ......................................

      In the 1920's, the theater was just across the street from the Delmar House, and was part of the " Showell's Block" which included Showell's Bath house and a bowling alley. The U.S. Coast Guard Station was also in the block, just to the South.
