    Cambridge has had a few old theatres in it's past. The Arcade Theatre was just up the street from the State, and a block further North was the Old Grand Opera House. There might have also been a Opera House for black patrons one block, perhaps operating for a while under the name of the Lincoln ( still doing some digging on this one ). I'm not sure the future of the State, seen below, but as you can see major de-construction is going on in the block, so only time will tell.
