Paul   The Pikes Theatre back in the late 1980's, and the infamous " For Sale " sign . A " For Sale " sign on the marquee of a movie theatre in the 1980's was never a good sign. However, the Pikes fared well in this deal as you can see to the right.

Paul     The Pikes Theatre in 2002 as a catering opeartion,  which has used the building quite nicely.While the lower section of the facade has been changed to incorporate the cafe, much of the building remains the same.
