   Early insurance maps show the town movie theatre on the first floor of a building, with a Lodge on the second floor. The Jr O.U.A.H. Hall was located at Sharp and Liberty Streets, and very likely the same movie house as seen in the insurance maps. In later years, the movie house was listed as Mechanic's Hall, listed from at least 1931 to the early 1950's, seating between 225 and 400.The theatre is one block to the west of Main Street and several blocks from the Chesapeake Bay.
