Sadly, I have this update for you regarding the McCoy/ Fulton Theatre. In July 2007, the old theatre burned down. Not much information is available at this time regarding the cause, but as you can see in the pictures to the right, the building is now just a shell, and will likely be razed shortly. The Fulton Theatre opened around 1915 and stopped showing movies in the early 1950's.

Likely Gertrude McCoy, for whom the theatre was named after when it first opened an actress in the early 1910's. The theatre had long been closed, used as a church, before burning down in 2007. The headpiece of Ms. McCoy was lost in the fire. .

The old Fulton Theatre still had the supports for the Vertical marquee in 1985 . The old theatre had long been used as a church.
Besides the entrance being changed, the old Fulton Theatre had changed little over the past 100 years !

Several old ads from the years gone by for the Fulton Theatre. "Ramona" was shown in 1928, when  the theatre was known as the Fulton. The other ads date to the 1920's, when the theatre was first opened and was known as the Gertrude McCoy and later simply as the McCoy. The other Fulton ad for ' Heartbeat " dates to 1946, a bit before the movie house finally closed down.
