The Embassy Theatre was a Art Deco Theatre in downtown Cumberland. The ads in the 1940's stated the Embassy  was " The Only Theatre in this City Cooled by Refrigeration .", 20 and 30 Degrees Cooler Than the Street ", and " 45 Tons of Refrigeration ". The building from what I understand is still standing, and may have been recently restored. Might be the only old theatre building left in Cumberland.
