Crest Theater today, after being converted into several shops. The lobby
area of the old theatre is now a pawn shop, and the actual theatre portion
is a church, which you have to use a side entrance to get into . While the old Crest lobby is now a Pawn Shop, the actual theatre is now a church, which is entered by the side doors shown here. |

Opening day for the Crest Theatre, circa 1949. Located in the Hilltop Shopping Center at Reisterstown Road and Rogers Avenue, in Northwestern Baltimore City. The theatre had 1,700 seats, with seats equipped with extra leg room and two smoking loges. |
