It operated from the 1920's into the 1950's, and after closing, the nearest theater at that time was the Patapsco Theatre, a good distance away. The Brooklyn has been used as a plumbing and tool supply shop ever since. South Baltimore had several theaters, including the Brooklyn, that operated from the 1920's, and lasted until the 1950's. The building has been used for years by Acme Supply Company. |
