This was the shopping center that the Aero was located in , and appears to have been quite a welcome sight for the newly built neightborhood of Aero Acres when it opened. . In later years, the entire shopping center was used for different types of uses, and it was impossible to tell that  a movie theatre had once been there. In 1951, the theatre listed that it seated 690, with two nearby Middle River theatres at that time, the Hiway and the Midway.
